Top 5 Challenges before e-Commerce in India

150 crore of population . Rising incomes for at least 33 % of the population. Global exposure for all and the world eyes focused on the fastest growing economy in the world . India. Now that we have seen the feet sweeping changes int eh aviation industry I am sure other sectors are ready  to emulate the same . But here is what I feel some of the road blocks which stops eCommerce   from being the key sector

   1. Consumer awareness :- Indian consumer are bit shy of e-shopping , being they are mentally not prepared for such great experience of getting shopped the stuff  while devote a few minutes on web and get the stuff at door step . Indian consumer still not ready to believe that they will be serviced by online shopping mall .Where as some of customer who are aware of e-shopping they try to take unusual advantage  of  e-shopping .
   2. Past experience :- Some dared to go through online shopping but due to lack of new module of business most you entrepreneur failed to serviced a faith full experience towards their perceptive consumer . Most of the time these enterprise do not bother to service well their perspective consumers to earn short run profits ,result consumer get experienced in such  manner “he decided that he would never go to e-shopping “ and this the biggest challenge before growing e-commerce industry to make the turn back on e-shopping .
   3.  Availability of broadband / Internet  :-  One to the biggest challenge before e-commerce industry in India is availability of Internet and brad band in urban & suburban areas of pan India where hardly choice is available before consumers to select a liking product due to lack of range available at shopping malls / Markets .who can biggest folks at e-stores and malls .
4.        Logistic  :- Being we are a developing nation our logistic service are still in the path of development . they failed to service  up to expectation of a consumer . Our logistic partners can ruin the all hope of a consumer of getting product with in 2 or 3 working days , at some extent  they make it but their such services can only be expected in metro cities where a layman consumer  have various option like walking  multi branded malls and showrooms . Where they feel the touch & look of the product which is absent  in e-shopping .
5.        Understanding between payment gateways and banks/ card issuers :-   Being e-commerce is a new concept in our country ,Banks and the middle  man i.e payment gateways are still not clear about the process . It result  a fair transaction get alerted by get ways at risk / Fraud and some fraud transactions get processed . It is big issue before  e-shopping malls / store , how to over come with such issue
