Delhi - Ek Jungle Raj

Before today, Bihar had a copy right of  "Jungle Raj" and reason was obvious that Patna High court verdict which declared that there is a Jungle Raj  going on in the state in leadership of RJD chief minister's wife and sitting Chief Minister  Smt. Rabri Devi. 

Court highlighted that there is serious network in between lawmakers and corrupt officials as well as Gundaism is at its peak in the state and the word got patent to represent Bihar.  Jungle Raj word gain more fame in the state as well nationwide because of excessively used by then two big political rival of Laloo Prasad Yadav to make their political foothold in the state and slowly -slowly both could successfully infiltrate the word in the heart of Bihari people and also huge crime in the state help create an image of Laloo Prasad Yadav as father of Jungle Raj. 

State soon witness political change and Nitish Kumar took the charge of state and with time, he could manage to wipe out the Jungle Raj Image from state but again a wave entered into Bihar and brought Jungle Rah again but this time it was restricted in electoral speeches only but that attempt of Narendra Modi Ji couldn't stop Nitish Kumar (MGB) to take the charge of state and from there BJP didn't miss a single opportunity to associate the word "Jungle Raj" with Bihar.

But fate has scripted a different story BJP and Narendra Modi, once again there was High court but this it was Delhi High court and again there was a verdict on condition law and order in a state and the state was Delhi.

Verdict again shouted in the state there is a Jungle Raj going on the "National capital", police failed to rein crimes in the National capital & state has converted into Rape Capital than the Nation  capital but this time Police mechanism report to biggest Advocate of Jungle Raj Sri. Narendra Modi's minister.

The Same police which lodge Fir and Arrest people on the basis of doctored videos , The same police force which dragged a leader charged of  fake degree case but fail to save commoners. 

I would love to see reaction of  biggest Advocate of JUNGLE RAJ, when same honorable court sought out loud.

Jungle Raaj in Bihar .. A nonsense discussion on Media panels

Gaya….  Tourism capital of Bihar caught the attention of media when a news broke out of "a commoner was stopped and pierced bullets for his crime to overtake SUV of muscular politician’s son".

As a civilian of free nation I personally condemn the heinous incident took place in Gaya because of someone was in hangover of being a Son of local MLC and a Muscular politician but the same heinous incident rose the discussion of either Jungle Raaj stepping in again in Bihar.

                The big media houses started their discussion whither it is Jungle Rah part 2 has stepped in into Bihar as it was indicated by Sri. Narendra Modi & BJP leadership during assembly elections in Bihar?  

And all these discussion made me curious to know does really Jungle Raaj has stepped in into Bihar? I tried   understand that heinous crime which caught the attention of Indian media and I found it was a clear case of VVIP racism and result of VVIP Culture existence in the society but our Media house didn’t left single stone un-turn to jewel the incident as an outcome of Jungle Raaj.

I am trying to compare the crimes graph of 2015 in our national capital and Bihar to understand if really Jungle Raaj exist in Bihar? And finding were scary.

•   In 2015 Bihar reported 1041 Rape cases where our National Capital reported 2095 which almost double from Bihar.
• Robbery reported in Bihar 3260 whereas our National Capital reported 7192 cases within the Year again more double cases reported in Delhi
• Snatching & Burglary Bihar Reported 4518 and In the same Year our National capital reported 9422 and once again cases in National capital were reported twice than the Bihar
• Molestation could get place in Bihar’s crime chart reason are unknown but National capital recorded 5,192 cases.

And the fact is Bihar has witnessed downward trend in Crimes where as our National Capital is spectator of upward trend of criminal cases.  

I will conclude my discussion over the Jungle Raaj part -2 in Bihar, In past one year i couldn't see and I sure all civilian of our nation has not witnessed a single case where action taken such swiftly, beat Rajasthan Dalit Girl Molested and murdered , Haryana National sport man shot dead in broad day light.
