Why did Narendra Modi chose hatred politics for Bihar ?

I was watching Narendra Modi Gaya’s speech on 8th Aug 2015 and certainly a thought came in my mind why did Narendra modi chosen hate politics for Bihar election whereas he has taste big loss in Delhi election of doing negative politics.

I could figure out some of the key issues which could have agenda in Bihar assembly election 2015 which are list below. I have also tried to analyse why Narendra Modi didn’t pick up these agendas for this elections.

  • Development in past one year of Modi’s regime Vs Nitish Kumar
Now the key problem was the theory which articulated before Indian voters during 2014 general election. Narendra Modi has hardly be able materialize on ground level whereas Nitish Kumar could materialized successfully some of his Development theory. Which lead Narendra modi to attack on Nitish Kumar’s political DNA.
  • Corruption free Govt to Bihar
Narendra modi could have come up with agenda of corruption free Govt the state but the his own party men are involved in series of charges could have bounced back hence, he chosen  Jungle Raaj vs BJP Raaj.
  •  Communal harmony and  equality to society
Narendra Modi had an option to opt communal harmony is state to consolidate 16% Muslim voters but   BJP can’t beat the Nitish Kumar’s secular image. Specially when in last one year country has witnessed number Pro-Hindutava movement.
  • Creation of New Jobs
Modi govt has been failed to create Jobs in past  one and half years and it could have difficult to convince the Bihari Voters.

So, Narendra Modi jee selected a hatred politics for Bihar election but he and his alliance need to understand advert of hatred politics are listed below.
  1.       if Bihari Community will conceive Nitish Kumar’s DNA as insult of Bihari community then this election will take an edge Bihari Vs BJP. There is also possibilities that Bihari community may gate pro Nitish Kumar being they has witnessed insult of Biharies at many occasion in states like Maharastra , Gujrat , Punjab etc.
  2.       If insult of Lalu Yadav will perceive of Yadav community as insult of Yadavs then then Mahagathbandhan will be able to consolidate 14% Yadav vote banks
  3.       Since in Mahagathbandhan  RJD, JDU and Congress all three got  maximum share of  Muslim Votes because of their pro-secular image it  seems they will be able to bank 80-90% Muslim vote in favour of alliance.
Feedback are welcome

Top 5 Challenges before e-Commerce in India

150 crore of population . Rising incomes for at least 33 % of the population. Global exposure for all and the world eyes focused on the fastest growing economy in the world . India. Now that we have seen the feet sweeping changes int eh aviation industry I am sure other sectors are ready  to emulate the same . But here is what I feel some of the road blocks which stops eCommerce   from being the key sector

   1. Consumer awareness :- Indian consumer are bit shy of e-shopping , being they are mentally not prepared for such great experience of getting shopped the stuff  while devote a few minutes on web and get the stuff at door step . Indian consumer still not ready to believe that they will be serviced by online shopping mall .Where as some of customer who are aware of e-shopping they try to take unusual advantage  of  e-shopping .
   2. Past experience :- Some dared to go through online shopping but due to lack of new module of business most you entrepreneur failed to serviced a faith full experience towards their perceptive consumer . Most of the time these enterprise do not bother to service well their perspective consumers to earn short run profits ,result consumer get experienced in such  manner “he decided that he would never go to e-shopping “ and this the biggest challenge before growing e-commerce industry to make the turn back on e-shopping .
   3.  Availability of broadband / Internet  :-  One to the biggest challenge before e-commerce industry in India is availability of Internet and brad band in urban & suburban areas of pan India where hardly choice is available before consumers to select a liking product due to lack of range available at shopping malls / Markets .who can biggest folks at e-stores and malls .
4.        Logistic  :- Being we are a developing nation our logistic service are still in the path of development . they failed to service  up to expectation of a consumer . Our logistic partners can ruin the all hope of a consumer of getting product with in 2 or 3 working days , at some extent  they make it but their such services can only be expected in metro cities where a layman consumer  have various option like walking  multi branded malls and showrooms . Where they feel the touch & look of the product which is absent  in e-shopping .
5.        Understanding between payment gateways and banks/ card issuers :-   Being e-commerce is a new concept in our country ,Banks and the middle  man i.e payment gateways are still not clear about the process . It result  a fair transaction get alerted by get ways at risk / Fraud and some fraud transactions get processed . It is big issue before  e-shopping malls / store , how to over come with such issue

IF TITANIC WAS MADE IN INDIA

If Titanic was made in India , presentation would be little different

Here are some points of  my imaginations

1)As we Indian are just crazy for  prestige and statement  , There would be 10 times as many people on the ship were in Titanic .
2) Trend of Indian movie  has to follow , There would be a song with Kate Winslet in a white saree and of course singing in the rain!
3) Now come to name of  Movie  something people just listen run across the theater  like "Pyar Kiya To Marna Kya"
4) India hero and Heroine  never die ,doesn't matter conditions are how bad , They would float in cold water for days and still survive, but the villain would die in the first dip.
5) The iceberg would be sent by the heroine's father to teach the hero a lesson.
6) None of the women would float due to heavy designer sarees.
